In recent experiments, NiKEN SP-801 demonstrated outstanding electroless nickel stripping performance. Under conditions of 25–30°C, it effectively removed medium-phosphorus electroless nickel layers from red copper substrates within 30 minutes. Compared to other products, SP-801 offers several advantages: fast stripping, low substrate corrosion, and an eco-friendlier formulation free of nitric acid. When combined with chemical polishing, it further enhances surface brightness and reduces scratches.
